All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centres. During busy periods, including public holidays and seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Because we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, we are unable to cancel an order once it has entered processing.
